10:20-11:05 INSIGHTS & ADDED VALUE FROM CASE MANAGEMENT DATA

During this session we will explain how we gain insights from case data. We will highlight some key insights from our case studies in the public sector. From making case data visual to easily spot patterns and evolutions, to leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms for automating this process.

Case handling is an environment that contains a high variety of data. This makes it not only a challenge to monitor performance but also makes it very hard to extract specific insights needed for information obligations or decision making.  

Redesign of data environment and tools allows better access to data, analyses and dashboarding. In this way data can drive visualisation, interactivity and even predictivity.

The democratisation of analysis and insight generation gives process owners the possibility to work in a self-sufficient manner with BI and provide end users access to accurate and easy to consume information.

10:20-11:05 CREATING AN INTEGRATED COLLABORATIVE WORKSPACE

In this session we will explain our approach and with the help of a customer case from the Dutch public sector we will illustrate our (Digital) Integrated Collaborative Workspace.

Our story starts from the organisation’s goals: complexity reduction in the ICT-landscape, safety, digital and mobile collaboration and working with the focus on cases (instead of the focus on documents).

In this project the coherence between the ICT-components will take central stage: Customer Portal, Case Management, CRM, intranet, Document Management, Management Information/Business Intelligence and the correct/steady interfaces for the existing core applications.

In this business operations and ICT transition it’s crucial to motivate the users, the administrators and  the management and to have the suppliers participate as well as Partners in Business with one common goal!

11:10-11:55 CASE DESIGN AND ANALYSIS

In this session we will present a methodology for analyzing government processes from a business perspective. Using a combination of different proven best practices, together with the client we iteratively build the models that are the basis for documentation and automation of the process. We explain the different steps to take and the different deliverables that are used to gain a full understanding and work out a complete analysis that delivers an executable ready Case Management model.

We present our vision on how tech-savy citizens can work together with government officials and other partners on all types of requests, questions and other more complex cases. The future brings one platform where classic backoffice – frontoffice vanishes and usability is evenly important for every collaborating partner. We will show examples of digital portals where different parties work together to solve cases and gain insight in the status of their requests. We will demonstrate useful features for guiding users trough information rich processes based on active government solutions.
